Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Frederica

About who needs care: My father wants to remain in his home rather than long-term care. We are looking for someone(s) to come in and help with basic tasks throughout the day (medicine administration, light housekeeping, washing and dressing, companionship, transportation, etc) and just ensure he lives safely. He has a history of CHF, liver cirrhosis, HTN, hyperlipidemia, edema, some early onset dementia, TIA, etc.. He enjoys music, trivia, and movies. I just need someone to be in the home with him as he does not care for himself properly and refuses to wear his life-alert. About the care needs: Someone who can handle an old man who says what is on his mind without being offended. No specialized skills are required, but it could be beneficial to have some knowledge health care or experience working with the elderly. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
