About who needs care: My father was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome in late August. He's recovering from the disease but the progress is slow. The GBS caused full body paralysis so he has not been able to breathe, speak, or see since late August. We are with him 24/7 to translate his needs (he can communicate via thumbs ups and hand gestures). We need to hire support that can cover the overnight shift for us. About the care needs: - Experience with GBS patients is a major plus - Compassionate and patient Services needed include: companionship.
