About who needs care: Just had stent, coronary artery disease. Crucial that he takes meds when discharged from hospital, not sure if he will discharged to skilled nursing facility first. Has memory loss/dementia non compliance with meds due to this. Meds in blister packs. About the care needs: My dad is social and likes to joke around. House is cluttered so caregiver would need to be tolerant of this. May need grocery pick up or grocery list made Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
