I'm in my 40s and traveling from out of town with no local contacts. Location: Stamford, CT 06902 Date: Afternoon of April 15 - Approx. pickup at 2 p.m. - Time confirmed 1-day prior - Will receive phone call from hospital on the day of surgery Needs: - Discharge assistance - Transportation to a local hotel - 24-hour observation/care Please reach out if you're available.
