Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In South Lyme

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in South Lyme. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. We're looking for a patient, reliable person to provide live-in support and driving to doctor appointments and shopping during the work week. Mom (86 years old) sometimes has trouble getting out of bed in the morning or off the couch after a nap. She can bathe, shower and feed herself and we'd like to afford her as much independence as possible. There are no specific conditions diagnosed right now but "check ins" to ensure she takes her Tylenol and follows through on PT would be helpful.
