About the job
I need a care provider with experience with cognitive disability and mild dementia. Severe hearing impaired. Our care concerns are: Help Staying social and Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to doctor & dentist appointments, bingo, lunch at Somers senior center. We would prefer someone who can direct & assist with light housekeeping & laundry. . We're looking for some help planning & preparing meals for the week. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments and grocery shopping at big Y and Costco. Social activities at apartment complex and Somers Senior ctr.
