About who needs care: Mom and Dad both live in Memory Care. Mom is declining faster than dad, and he occasionally needs someone to just be with him to talk, to go for walks, to reminisce. About the care needs: My dates and times are flexible, by the way. Dad likes people who are light hearted and enjoy telling and hearing good stories. He's humorous. He's a tall man, and while still fairly spry, he walks slowly and may need a patient person walking beside him. He is an avid outdoorsman with an interest in travel. Our goal is to give him a break from our Mom, who is very dependent on him. My sister will occupy her while a companion gives Dad a much needed break and stimulation. Services needed include: companionship.
