About the job
We need a part time companion care to help with a 91-year-old in Newington. (15-20/hrs/week) We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping and help organizing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship mainly, although there will be some caregiver tasks required (for example - eyedrops put in daily). You'll be responsible for transporting to/from the occasional appointment. Experience with dementia a plus. Looking for someone who is patient and kind - but firm! Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a large - but very friendly dog.
