Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Mystic

We are moving to Mystic, CT at the end of April. My mother's aide will come with us for 3 days/2 nights per week. We need hands-on care to take care of my mother the rest of the week. This is two jobs as I will also need overnight care from 11 p.m. - 9 a.m. My mother does not need a lot of care overnight - it will mostly be to direct her to the bathroom and back to her bed. The day shift is from 1 - 7. During the day we need assistance with medication and bathing (she can't shower herself). Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, providing companionship and social interaction. During the summer taking her to the pool or out on the deck would be a plus. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Covid Vaccination is required. Must be willing to be on payroll.
