Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Monroe

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Monroe. We are looking for someone to come each day - assist him getting up/dressed (prompt to brush teeth, etc.), prepare light breakfast / lunch (frozen egg sandwiches, cereal, sandwiches, etc.) within attached apartment and basically sit with him and my mother (self-sufficient, just cant take of my father) during the day. He needs assistance getting up and down (has walker) to and from (bathroom, etc.). Light Medication management is required (he knows when to take, just need assistance opening pill case, etc.). Needs assistance getting in and out of shower (shower has a seat). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker but not a deal breaker.
