About who needs care: She needs a ride to Dialysis every Saturday morning and then picked up from Dialysis every Saturday at 1 p.m. She has a hard time getting up and down the stairs so she would need help with that. She walks with a walker and on days where her legs are tired she may need to be pushed in the walker. About the care needs: They need to have a car with a trunk for her walker to fold up in. Also be able to help lift her up in to the car and hold her weight when she is walking up the stairs. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
