I need hands-on care to take care of myself in Middletown. I would need someone who can handle light housekeeping. I transfer to the toilet with a slide board. I cannot use my legs so the caregiver must be able to push me from a wheelchair to the toilet. I weigh less than 145 pounds. Assistance with toiletings is a requirement. Light meal prep. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and COVID/Flu vaccinated
