Live-in Home Care Needed For My Parents In Manchester

My sisters and I are seeking live-in home care in Manchester for both of our parents who are in their 80s. Our father is in the late stages of dementia and requires changing, feeding, bathing and the use of the hoyer lift to get him in and out of bed each day. Our mother is in the middle stages. She requires companionship, medication reminders and assistance with dressing and other daily tasks. Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation are also a part of the job. Experience with dementia patients is a must. A calm demeanor, patience and good communication skills are also essential. My sisters and I are very involved in the care of our parents and are looking for someone we can build a relationship with and see as part of the family.
