Overnight Care Needed For Couple

Looking for overnight help to ensure safety of my parents. Willing to hire for only some of the time I need help, not all of the hours I listed. Also need daytime help Tuesdays and Saturday. Job requires help with getting ready for bed and dressed and cleaned in the morning. They use walkers so are fall risks. Mom has vascular dementia and uses a mechanical voice since she was a non smoker but still got throat cancer. She has no short term memory. Dad is very hard of hearing. Must make breakfast in the morning and give snacks before bed as well as load washer and dishwasher.
