About the job
We need companion care to take care of myself in East Lyme. Some light tidying up is involved. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. I am 68 years old and doing OK physically. I am suffering with deep depression and need a little bit of companionship, help with house cleaning and maybe meal prep. I can drive but staying in the house a lot because of my anxiety. I want to get out shopping, maybe go to the YMCA in Westbrook one day a week and doing errands more to get over some of my fear and anxiety. I would like to possibly start with one or two days a week preferably afternoons. Flexible regarding hours and days. Thanks for your time
