Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Pueblo

I am looking for a senior care provider, ideally, with some experience with dementia. My grandmother is 89 years old and is in a wheelchair but can transfer with a walker and gait belt. She speaks very little most days but is able to tell you what she wants and answer yes or no questions. She is on hospice and thickened liquids, she is mostly continent and can tell when she needs the bathroom. I am looking for respite care twice a week as I am her sole care provider, thus moved into the home. Her husband lives with her, though is independent and not in need of assistance. A Spanish speaker is a bonus but both grandparents are fluent in English. Our care duties are: Medication Assistance, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Dressing, Feeding, Companionship, Toileting.
