About the job
We are looking for an experienced and loving caregiver to provide care in the Laporte area. Our parents are no longer able to handle the responsibilities of cooking, cleaning, and shopping. The position would include more personal care for our dad such as bathing, some toileting, and personal hygiene; while mom is still fairly independent and can care for her personal needs. Meals need prepared along with light housekeeping, running errands, and driving them to doctor's appointments. We prefer someone with at least 5 years experience and at least 35 years of age.
