I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Client has congestive heart failure and is on inhome hospice. Lives alone and refuses to move. Need someone who can handle declining health. Only need to have this person come in a few times a week when family is unable - maybe 30 mins at a time total. May change as needs will eventually be changing.
