Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Johnstown

About who needs care: Congestive heart failure, high anxiety so has a hard time sleeping, lives alone, forgets to take meds some days. We are looking for someone to come in two days a week for about 1/2 hour or so to check on my dad on the days we cannot be there. Just want someone to check to see if he took his meds, maybe help with a shower, heat up some food and spend a few minutes chatting if he's up for it. He is currently on hospice and they come out every Wednesday. Looking for a placeholder on care until it is time to move him once he starts to really decline. He can walk and feed himself and usually watches TV all day or naps. He has lots of gadgets and toys that usually kept him busy - but not so much anymore. About the care needs: A nurse's aid would be a great fit, and maybe a male - just in case he needs help showering. If they are into e-bikes/drones, that is a big hobby of his. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
