Seeking experienced and exceptional care of my parents in Fort Collins. Assistance with medication, catheter care, and vitals monitoring is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation with specific dietary requirements (MIND and low-sodium diet.) Responsibilities include helping with bathing, hygiene, and ensuring physical activity. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from some appointments. Preference for a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Close coordination and effective communication with actively-involved family and care team is necessary. We're looking for caregivers who are interested in building a relationship with, and delivering exceptional care to our parents. Seeking someone motivated to elevate our parents' well-being, and work well with their fellow caregiver team members.
