About who needs care: Both parents in good shape, but challenged with mobility on walkers and wheelchairs and needing assistance with cleaning, cooking laundry, etc. Also some concerns about them in the night getting up to use the bathroom. No serious medical problems but both are slowing down mentally. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is positive and clear communicator. Mother has a hearing problem even with the use of hearing aids. Also someone who would get things done, officially but give my parents space when they need it. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
