Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Denver

About who needs care: I need someone to take out the trash, check my mail, and help me in and out of the shower. I may also need help with a load of laundry every other week. About the care needs: I am autistic, living in a larger body, and have mobility/balance and some breathing issues. I prefer a female, but someone strong enough to catch me if I slip getting in or out of the bath. This person CANNOT be fat-phobic. I am overweight because of my physical disabilities, not disabled because I'm overweight. I have a culinary degree and nutrition training, so I don't want someone who is going to lecture me about my weight. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
