Urgent Need Caregiver 03|15 4 PM To 7 AM 03/16 & Sun. 03/16 4:00 PM To 03/16 To 7:00 AM 03/17

Seeking experienced live-in (2 nights/wk) 48 hours total, caregiver to assist my husband . He has ALS & uses a wheelchair. Personal care required includes meals, dressing, toileting, bathing, helping him stretch for 10 min, AM and PM, . We want his hygiene safety & comfort to be your Priority 1. You must be able to reposition him (150 lbs) every 3 hours to avoid pressure sores. We will ask you to run errands when required; housekeeping & laundry are done each day. Strong pref for caregiver who has experience with ALS patients, proficient w/Hoyer and CPR / first-aid trained. Must like dogs. please do not respond if you do not have experience with ALS, Hoyer, toileting a paralyzed person or if you dislike or are afraid of dogs.
