About who needs care: The patient has late stage dementia and is struggling to move under her own power due to balance and loss of strength. I need assistance getting her out of bed and early day support with cleaning and feeding her. I need assistance watching her while I perform other tasks in the morning. In the future, I may need help getting her into bed in the evenings as well. About the care needs: Nothing specific other than the ability to be patient with a dementia patient. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
