Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Denver

About who needs care: My mother has been diagnosed with early onset dementia. She can get around the house and do basic tasks for herself. She lives at home with my elderly father (80's). He is having trouble providing the care she needs, as she requires 24/7 supervision. Recently, it seems she has become a danger to herself by leaving the house at night while my father is sleeping. We have taken steps to prevent this, but need further assistance for her. About the care needs: Kind, caring and patient. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
