Part Time Caregiver

Hello, we are interested in getting a senior caregiver for 4 hours a few times a week. This would be someone who could come to our home and spend some quality time with her. She loves talking people's ears off, doing art projects, and sitting outside enjoying the sun. The perfect caregiver would be decently flexible as there are some days that may be changed, as we are a big family and sometimes there will be someone able to stay home. Someone who is a good listener and is okay with their ear being talked off with the same stories (she has dementia). Someone who likes sitting outside enjoying the sun (has to be familiar with portable oxygen tanks). We also are hoping for someone who is comfortable with animals being in the house. We are a huge animal family and own a few dogs.
