MEMORY LOSS/DEMENTIA -Use of: electric hospital bed Electric Hoyer Pure Wick external catheter - prep meals -bed baths -transfer/position -incontinence care w/external catheter -engage patient with puzzles, word search, pictures, conversation -light housekeeping: patient laundry, vacuum pt. Room, organize and assist to keep clean. - assist family in keeping shared space picked up. Fill/empty Dishwasher, sink , wipe counters . Patient has wheelchair to go outside for walks and enjoy nicer weather.
