About who needs care: Difficulty hearing Has fallen three times recently; bruised, but no broken bones yet Stubborn, does not like to follow advice unless from a doctor or nurse About the care needs: Ideally caregiver would be trustworthy, responsible, honest, kind, patient, understand safety and how to protect elderly from falls. Caregiver must be able to communicate with someone with significant hearing loss. Both my mother and father need the assistance from a caregiver. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
