Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Aurora

Looking for a travel companion, in-state, the out of state, then international. I am a quadriplegic in my 50s so I need help bathing, dressing, standard quad stuff. I will drive domestic but then international will more interesting. The travel is to Argentina.
