Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Aurora

About who needs care: My dad's name is Jim, and 2 years ago he got diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. My brother has helped him recover amazingly to the point that he's mentally there, but disconnected from his body so he needs help with remembering to get up to go bathroom, drink water, eat, and so on. He currently watches a lot of tv, primarily westerns and golf with other sports thrown in. He loved working as a real estate agent selling farms and ranches. He still loves golf a ton. An ideal day would be helping him wake up and get showered and dressed, having a healthy breakfast, watching a bit of tv with some walking thrown in as is available by weather. Going out to parks or similar places when it's nice would be great, but he's ok just watching tv through the day. A light lunch, a mid afternoon nap, and then a nice dinner before winding down with tv and bed around 9-10 p.m. About the care needs: Jim is friendly, though soft spoken since the dementia. He was incredibly social and would benefit from someone who is willing to chat, or to get him to places with chatty folks. He doesn't have any specialized needs, help with ADLs is important but just someone who is willing to make sure he's doing ok. Knowledge of sports, especially golf/basketball/football is a bonus but not required at all. Knowledge of farming or ranching or real estate would also be a bonus. He loves kids, so having anything to share of children or grandchildren would put a smile on his face. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
