About who needs care: Parkinsonism, dementia, weakness on the left side, slurred speech, tremors. Wheelchair-bound, needs to be fed his meals and loves to watch TV. Would be great if the helper does some physical therapy with him (arm raises, leg lifts), take him for walks around the neighborhood. About the care needs: A kind, honest person who encourages him to do something other than watch TV. A worker who helps with light housekeeping would be much appreciated. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
