Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Arvada

About who needs care: She is 93 and has dementia. Some days she is more clear than others. We want to keep her at home but are worried about falls, etc. She had a recent fall with a slight fracture but is now walking with a walker and should be fully healed in a couple of weeks but we dont want to risk another fall so she should keep using walker but she doesn't always remember. She lives with a daughter and granddaughter and son with Downs Syndrome. About the care needs: Patience with elderly dementia patient. Help with PT exercises and getting her up and motivated. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
