About who needs care: some dementia, most of the help he needs is getting to the toilet for bowel movements. Very hard of hearing. Can feed himself. Would be up and dressed. About the care needs: people who work well with those who are very hard of hearing, and who are strong enough to help with a transfer of a man who has really bad knees to a toilet, or a commode. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
