Hands-on Care Needed For My Great Aunt In Yucca Valley

My husband's great aunt is in her late 90s, and has been having recent medical issues that have her needing to take medication and do some physical therapy. We are looking for someone who speaks Spanish to come to the house two or three days per week to spend some time with her, assist with medication, occasional visits to doctor's appointments in the area, and generally help her keep active and social. She lives with my father-in-law, and there is one very well-tempered cat in the house as well.
