Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother . We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. She has early stage dementia.
