Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Walnut Creek

I need a senior care provider for my mother with Dementia experience. My care concerns are: Help Staying Physically Active (she likes to take her daily walk), Day Companionship (assisting with meal time). We're looking for someone to provide companionship during the day & night.
