Companion Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: 75-year-old woman who is no longer able to drive herself. My mom is of sound mind, likes to chit chat, stays actively involved in her church, as well as her grown children's/grandchildren's lives. She is in need of some help and that is why we are here. About the care needs: Rides to and from dialysis including transfer to wheelchair and push into the center - ride must be in caregiver's car, who must have a sedan (no SUV). Meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping. She would like to be able to communicate with her caregiver in English. Services needed include: transportation via caregiver's car which must be a sedan as my mother can not get into an SUV, must be able to push a 250 pound person in wheel chair, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
