About who needs care: 8:00- Wake up, toilet, Drink 8 oz water and take thyroid pill (pill in 1st slot with teaspoon applesauce) Shower on M-W-F; bath T-TH wash hair, body, underarms, privates, rinse, dry, brush teeth Dress 9:00- Breakfast- Tea -tea bag add hot water honey, lemon, thickener 2 scoops, benefiber 2 spoonful Prep Water /with thickener and benefiber if not already prepared. 8 oz water, eat breakfast (menu below) and take rest of morning meds with Yogurt or applesauce(2nd slot) 9:30- Go for a walk with walker and gait belt 10:00-Drink 8 oz water, sit at table and do activity (color, connect 4, puzzles) 10:30- Toilet then Rest in recliner. Make sure fall prevention alarm is on chair before she sits in chair. While she is resting in chair make bed/ change bedding every Monday and when soiled. Clean up bathroom, restock supplies in Bathroom if needed (Stock bathroom pads, depends, TP)and take out trash from Bathroom every day and kitchen if needed 11:30- Drink 8oz water and do PT Exercises 12:30- Eat lunch, take lunch pills (3rd slot with pudding) and drink 8 oz water can add some cranberry or prune juice 1:00 - Rest in recliner 1:45- Toilet; drink 8 oz water 2:00- Do PT exercises 3:00 - Drink 8 oz water, sit at table and do activities 3:45- Toilet then rest in recliner Monday Dust and vacuum her room during her rest period; Tuesday Do a load of laundry at morning rest; fold up put away Laundry during afternoon rest Wednesday Dust and vacuum her room during her rest period; Thursday Clean kitchen and sitting areas Change Dining table cloth Friday Dust and vacuum her room during her rest period; do laundry at morning rest if needed and fold and put away during afternoon rest. About the care needs: Someone that is kind, bilingual preferred but English speaking is a must. She walks with walker but should have someone with her at all times when walking and toileting, needs assistance with hygiene after toileting and with bathing. She is a fall risk but since she has fall prevention alarm on her chair and bed she has not had any falls. We have puzzles,coloring books, and games for activities. Likes music and watching tennis. Shes a very kind and loving woman who needs supervision, companionship, meal prep, and assistance with activities of daily living. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
