About the job
Seeking hands-on care near Victorville for my husband in his 70s. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who has own means of transportation, is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Preferably a CNA with proof of medical license. More specifically, I need help keeping his diaper changed and clean three times a day. His energy fluctuates so some days he can easily transfer from bed to wheelchair or roll side to side on the bed. Assistance with handing lunch and dinner would be appreciated. I will prep his meal, put it in the fridge, and then I need help giving it to him for lunch (12pm) and dinner (5pm). Sometimes he is picky for breakfast and will or will not eat. Last note, he has a Foley catheter. Diaper changing schedule is 8am, 12pm, 6 p.m. I just need someone to come in during these times.
