Weekend Caregiving Assistance Needed For Sweet Man With Dementia

I need some weekend help caring for my dad. He has dementia and lives at home. He's sweet and lively. The primary needs are to keep his routine - getting him up, proving meals, ensuring he takes his medications, and providing companionship and conversation. He still uses the bathroom regularly, but has some mild incontinence. We swap out a pull up briefly daily as a precaution, Secondary needs would be light housekeeping and personal care to ensure he and his environment are safe and healthy. Because he needs to be persuaded to do certain things, I would prefer someone with memory care experience to help with motivation and redirection as needed.
