Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband

My 75-year-old husband, former screenwriter, is in a motorized wheelchair and legally blind due to Multiple Sclerosis. He's mentally alert with a good sense of humor. Usually I take care of him, but I'm scheduled for knee surgery April 1st and we need extra help. This is a temporary assignment. Caregiver responsibilities: - Companionship and assistance with TV - Meal preparation and feeding dinner - Light housekeeping (doing dishes, etc.) - Assist with brushing teeth - Assist senior from wheelchair into bed using a motorized patient lift (we will train you) - Giving medication before bed - Foley Catheter Care (empty the bag) The ideal candidate would have a CNA, LVN or Home Health Aide license and experience working with handicapped patients and catheter care.
