About who needs care: Needs supervision during morning showering to ensure no falls. Client can bathe and dress himself. Light and easy breakfast cooking for client. In the evening we need to ensure the client makes it into bed at night without incident. About the care needs: Confidentiality is super important for this client. This is part time checking in twice a day. Max most likely four hours total daily. Services needed include: light cooking, errands, light housekeeping, ensure safety while client bathes / dresses and minor mobility assistance. Client becomes unsteady periodically so just making sure he made it safely to bed.
