Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Vacaville

About who needs care: It is for both my Mom(90) and Dad(98). Mom suffers from anxiety and has mobility issues. She can get around with her walker but needs someone to hold her arm as she is afraid to fall. Dad is on Hospice care, he can get around on his own but needs to be watched that he doesn't fall and has his oxygen on at all times. Will need to serve them lunch (provided) Mom at 11 and an Ensure at 2. Dad has lunch at noon. About the care needs: Should be friendly, compassionate, and low key. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
