Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Vacaville

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Vacaville. She is 70yo with severe depressive disorder and has not been taking very good care of herself. She suffers from arthritis but otherwise mobility is OK. She is apprehensive about receiving help. We would like someone who can stop in a couple of times per week and: - ensure she is taking her medication - give companionship and encourage her to perform daily routine (e. g. bathing, walking, house cleaning). - help with grooming that she may otherwise let lapse (e. g. trimming nails, brushing hair). - help with minor house cleaning (sweeping, taking out trash) if needed. - Cat household (just one) - Non-smoker please.
