About the job
I am in need of a weekend caregiver for my dad to supplement the weekday caregiver that helps him. My mom lives with him and is independent but forgetful. They have been married 66 years. My dad will need help with most daily tasks such as bathing, changing his diaper, meals, exercise, etc. He is largely immobile because of a bad foot but can sometimes stand with assistance. I don't want him to walk because he often falls. My dad has an outgoing personality when he's well. He's loves telling stories. He's also a huge baseball fan. We are all very inclusive but because they are both hard of hearing, it's important that the caregiver speaks English clearly. Also, they are both forgetful so it's important that the caregiver has a lot of patience. My parent's can't afford much so please don't apply if you won't accept $28/hr. Thanks.
