Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Tarzana

I need a hands-on care provider with Dementia experience for my loved one in their 60s. Some help needed with bathing, shaving and flossing teeth and walking. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from doctor appointments. I need someone four hours per day once per week and am flexible on the schedule, except days when we have doctor's appointments. The doctors are usually near Tarzana, CA, where he lives.
