I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Duties include providing companionship, short walks, and social interaction. Understanding how to redirect attention. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Looking for about 32 hours per week--actual work schedule is flexible. 401k and health insurance are provided.
