Tidying up the house and going grocery shopping and meal prep would be huge. After tasks are done a trip to the senior center for some social time. About the care needs: A good sense of humor and a warm heart would be a great fit. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
