About the job
I'm looking for a caregiver to assist my 97-year-old grandfather in Sonoma, California. He currently lives along and we're looking for someone to assist him once a week for about 4 hours, to take him on errands, like grocery shopping and medical appointments. This will include driving locally (just in Sonoma), assisting him walking and getting in and out of the car, and carrying groceries. Additionally this would include some light house keeping like vacuuming and laundry. As his mobility declines he will need more assistance and more time with a dedicated caregiver, so ideally you would be able to take on more hours if you're a good fit and have the availability.
