Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Sonoma

About who needs care: One or two days a week my 97 grandfather needs to complete errands, like going to the bank, groceries, etc... This would consist of driving you and him to 1-4 locations to complete these errands, carry groceries, helping him walk, and get in and out of the car. For 97 years old he is surprisingly independent and has a fairly good memory, but as those continue to decline he will need progressively more assistance. About the care needs: No specialized skills, however as his mobility continues to lessen he will eventually need assistance with going to the bathroom, showers, and making meals. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
